What is it about?
A serie of 4 practical sessions about how teams and organizations can use SAFe to increase their delivery speed, plan Program Increments and Iterations, develop incrementally with built-in quality, demonstrate value and problem-solving impediments to drive relentless improvement.
Why should I come?
You will achieve the training outcomes through interactive learning, games and practical group exercises. Every participant to the training receives access to SAFe community platform for 1 year and is eligible to take the exam for becoming Certified SAFe Practitioner. The exam is free for the first month after the training.
How do I prepare?
All are welcome to attend the course. No special prerequisites for attendants, only to be familiar with Agile instruments and Kanban, SCRUM, XP.
