What is it about?

Applying the Scrum Master role within a SAFe® enterprise Attendees discover how to build high performing Agile teams by becoming a servant leader and coach, and how to coach those teams to deliver the maximum business value at scale. Why should I come?

You will achieve the training outcomes through interactive learning, games and practical group exercises. Every participant to the training receives access to SAFe community platform for 1 year and is eligible to take the exam for becoming Certified SAFe Scrum Master. The exam is free for the first month after the training.

How do I prepare?

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience.
